As a bulk distributor, Falcon Apparel supplies products for resale and business use only. Our refund and return policy is as follows:
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once goods have been shipped.
- Cancellations prior to shipping may incur a restocking or handling fee.
2. Returns
- Returns are only accepted in cases of defective or incorrect goods.
- Any return request must be made within 7 days of delivery, with supporting photos or evidence.
- Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the delivery receipt.
3. Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded within 14 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
