By placing an order with Falcon Apparel, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Nature of Business
Falcon Apparel is a bulk importer and distributor of apparel. We sell directly to retailers, wholesalers, and other approved business clients. We do not operate as an online retail store for individual customers.
2. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be confirmed in writing (email, purchase order, or signed agreement).
- Payment terms are agreed upon prior to delivery. Delayed payments may result in additional charges or suspension of supply.
- Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, exchange rates, and supplier pricing.
3. Delivery & Logistics
- Delivery timelines will be agreed at the time of order confirmation.
- Falcon Apparel is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, or transport disruptions beyond our control.
4. Product Quality
- We ensure products meet agreed-upon specifications before dispatch.
- Any claims regarding product defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
